Warranty Terms
- All watches are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase. (Except the watch band) if the watch mechanism malfunctions. Can be sent for repair/correction or change a new one (depending on the case)
- Within the first 15 days after ordering, if the product has a problem, it will be replaced immediately. (Box + Accessories are complete)
- Warranty only for damage due to manufacturing faults.
- This warranty excludes accidental damage, wear and tear due to use, misuse, moisture problems, dismantling, alteration, addition or replacement of non-company components.
Return Conditions
In case of ordering the wrong product, wrong model, wrong color, the shop reserves the right not to exchange or return the product. The store does not have a return policy in any case, except shipping the wrong model, wrong color only. In the event that there is a problem in use or a defective product, a claim can be submitted under the terms of the warranty.
